Cygnet delivered this 20 MW Bitcoin mining facility in the Texas Panhandle in just 25 days, demonstrating rapid execution at scale. The project featured dry-style cooling towers and included end-to-end scope delivery: initial planning, power infrastructure installation, network topology deployment, and mining unit installation. Every major milestone was completed in under one week, reflecting Cygnet’s ability to compress schedules without compromising quality. Following commissioning, we worked closely with Bitmain and key suppliers to ensure stable startup and reliable ongoing operations.
